Marcela Marquez 
Jan. 16, 1928 - Feb. 23, 2005



Marcela Marquez, a native of Texas, passed away at St. Joseph's Medical Center 
on Wednesday, February 23, 2005. She was the loving companion of Ruben Reynaga 
for 20 years, and the devoted mother of Yolanda Beasinger, Glodia Avitia-Ochoa, 
Rachel Pacheco, Henry Torrez, Mario Castello, John Castello, Kathryn Dominquez, 
Letecia Dominquez and the late Rosario Torres. 
Loving grandmother of 27 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Dear sister 
of Mencha Arreaga, Guadalupe Marquez, Jr., Ruperto Marquez, Ofelia Ruiz, Ramiro 
Marquez, Rejino Marquez and Sabino Marquez. 
Friends are invited to attend a Rosary Service on Monday, February 28, 2005 at 
6:00 p.m. at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California Street, Stockton, CA. A 
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Linus Church, 2620 S. B 
Street on Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be Saturday from 
1:00 until 5:00 p.m., Sunday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Monday 9:00 a.m. 
until 7:00 p.m. Committal at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
