Walter "Dennis" Oliver 
June 17, 1949 - February 8, 2005



Walter "Dennis" Oliver, age 55, passed away February 8, 2005 at his home in 
Bellevue, WA. He was born June 17, 1949 in Stockton, CA. He attended local 
schools and graduated from U.S. Santa Barbara. Dennis worked for Schlitz 
Brewing Co. and was transferred to Washington in 1987.
Dennis enjoyed golf and music. A long-time member of Holy Cross Lutheran 
Church, Dennis was choir director and Council president. He sang with two 
contemporary gospel groups, "Storm Child" and "Lighthouse".
Dennis is survived by his beloved wife, Vicky; daughter and son-in-law, Deanna 
and Dave Alloway of Portland, OR; son, Walter "Kenneth" Oliver of Anaheim, CA; 
2 grandsons, Alex and Aiden Alloway of Portland, OR; parents, Walter and Faye 
Oliver; sister and brother-in-law, Sharyn and Bob Carr; a niece and 2 nephews, 
Traci, Bobby and Jeff Carr, all of Stockton.
A Memorial Service as held at his church in Bellevue, WA.
Memorial donations may be sent to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4315 129th Place, 
South East, Bellevue, WA 98006.
