Charles H. Jackson 
August 19, 1934 - March 1, 2005



Charles H. Jackson of Modesto, age 70, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2005. He 
was a native of Warm Springs, WV. He has lived in Modesto since 1979.
He served in the U.S. Army, he was a member of Masonic Lodge F. & A.M. #460 
(Tracy), Stockton Scottish Rite Bodies, Order of Eastern Star #348, Joaquin 
Chapter. He was raised in Stockton, lived in Tracy from 1961 - 1972, then back 
to Stockton from 1972 - 1979.
Survivors: Alpha O. Jackson of Modesto (married 52 years); children, Catherine 
A. Von Gunten of Delhi, Carolyn D. Walters of Modesto and Kelly L. Jackson of 
Ceres; brothers, Gene Jackson of Modesto and Darrel Jackson of the Bay Area; 
sisters, Louella Tubbs of Turlock; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2005. Visitation:
4 pm - 9 pm. Sunday, March 6 both at Colonial Chapel-Franklin & Downs, Modesto. 
Burial: Monday, March 7, Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi.
