Olivia Gomez 
Olivia Gomez, 79, of Lodi, died May 31 in a Stockton hospital. She was born 
Olivia Martinez on Oct. 12, 1925, in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Mrs. Gomez was a homemaker as was of Catholic faith. 

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Manuel Gomez, of Lodi; son, Abel 
Gomez, of Lodi; daughter, Gloria Gomez, of Chicago, Ill.; brothers, Saul 
Martinez, of Morada, Euvardo and Norberto Martinez, of Mexico; 15 grandchildren 
and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Ofresina Martinez.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Anne's Catholic Church. 
Interment will follow at Lodi Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held 
from noon to 8 p.m. today at the Lodi Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 
6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Lodi Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
