Daisye Duff Heniser 
August 1, 1934 - March 22, 2005



Daisye Duff Heniser, 70 of Lodi, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at her 
Lodi residence. She was born on August 1, 1934 in Houston County, TN to Horace 
Lee Steed and Angeline Beatrice Steed. She was inspired to become a Home Health 
Care Worker because of her desire to care for others. Daisye was an avid reader 
who loved music. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend to many who 
she will be greatly missed.
Preceded in death by two sons, David E. Johnston and Gordon Johnston. Survived 
by: daughter, Angel Barrows and husband Greg of Stockton, CA; son, Jeffrey 
Johnston of Orange, CA; grandchildren, Joey, Katy, Clayton, Ryan and Amy 
Barrows; sisters, Iris Browning of Erin, TN, Peggy Steed Knight of Clarksville, 
TN; brother, Don Steed of Albuquerque, N.M.
Services will be held at a later date in Tennessee and inurnment will be held 
at Bethany Cemetery on Bethany Road in Houston County, TN. Gierhart-Wells & 
Donahue Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
