Marlene Hittle 
Marlene Elsie Hittle, 72, of Hathaway Pines and formerly of Lodi, died Aug. 14 
at her home. She was born March 12, 1933, in Lodi and lived in Arnold for 34 
years before moving to Hathaway Pines three years ago.

Mrs. Hittle was a homemaker and a member of White Pines Moose Lodge No. 1123. 
She enjoyed camping and her close-knit community. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlin Hittle, and a brother, Douglas 
Siegalkoff.

She is survived by a son, Stephen Ray Hittle of Hathaway Pines; a daughter, 
Alicia S. Haley of Galt; a brother, Neil Siegalkoff of Sacramento; and five 
sisters, Garnet Brodhel, Norma Newell and Doris Grace of Lodi, Shirley 
Culbertson of Acampo and Gloria Bushman of Washington; five grandchildren and 
eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at another date. Inurnment will be private.

Sonora, CA 95370, or the American Lung Association, 1231 W. Robinhood Drive, 
Suite A-1, Stockton, CA 95207.

Angels Memorial Chapel in Angels Camp is in charge of arrangements.
