Mercedes Perez Huerta 
September 6, 1911 - April 12, 2005



Mercedes Huerta, age 93, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving 
family and pet Chiquita by her side on Tuesday, April 12, 2005. She was born in 
Mexico and lived in Stockton, CA from 1912 till her death. 
She was preceded by her husband, Louie N. Huerta Sr.; son, Albert Huerta and 
six infant children. She is the loving mother of Louis N. Huerta Jr., Nicholas 
Huerta, Ramona Huerta, Edward Huerta, Paul Huerta Sr., Ernest Huerta and Angela 
L. Gomez, all of Stockton, CA. She consists of 5 generations of grandchildren, 
great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren in total of 104. She loved 
everyone and everyone loved her, she will be deeply missed.
Visitation at Frisbie-Warren and Carroll, 809 N. California St., Sunday, April 
17, 2005 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rosary will be held at 2:00p.m. Mass services 
will be held at St. George's Church, 120 W. 5th. St. 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 
18. Burial at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery. Following graveside service, 
gathering for family and friends held at Karl Ross, 2020 Plymouth Rd.
