Herma Johanna Klemeyer

Herma Johanna Klemeyer, passed away on August 30, 2005 in Stockton. She was 
born on July 1, 1916 in Stockton.

She was raised in Stockton, where she graduated from Stockton High School in 
1934. She attended the University of California, San Francisco, graduated from 
the School of Nursing in 1939, and received her certificate as a registered 
nurse in 1940. She served 30 years as a public health nurse for San Joaquin 
County, retiring in 1972. 

She is survived by her nephew, Frederick J. Klemeyer, Jr., niece-in-law, 
Carolyn Cotter Klemeyer, and grandniece, Jeanette Elise Klemeyer, all of San 
Francisco.

Services will be private. Donations in her memory, may be made to the School of 
Nursing, University of California, San Francisco, UCSF Box 0248, San Francisco, 
CA 94143-0248; or the Trinity Lutheran Church, 444 North American Street, 
Stockton, CA 95202. Wallace -Martin Funeral Home, 520 N. Sutter Street, 
Stockton, in charge of arrangements.
