Ella Liebelt
  Ella Liebelt, a long-time resident of Lodi passed away in Lodi at the age of 
94 on December 28, 2005.
  Mrs. Liebelt was born in Lehr, N.D. on December 12, 1911 to Jacob and 
Barbara Faszer.  She grew up in Lehr where she attended local schools.
  Ella met her husband Ruben Liebelt in Harvey, N.D.  They married in 1934, 
and they moved to Lodi in 1937, where they settled for the rest of their life 
together.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting, embroidery and giving the 
gift of hospitality to friends.  She had been a member of First Baptist Church 
and Ladies Missionary Aid Society.
  She was preceded in death by her husband Ruben Liebelt, five brothers and 
five sisters.
  Services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Evergreen Chapel, Cherokee 
Memorial Park with Reverend Edward Washington officiating.
  Friends are invited to visit on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., 
continuing Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., at Lodi Funeral Home.
  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial remembrances be made to 
First Baptist Church Building Fund, 267 N. Mills Avenue, Lodi, CA 95242 or 
Asera Care Hospice, 4545 George Town Pl. #A-1, Stockton, CA 95207.
  Lodi Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
