Mr. Little lived in Tracy since November 2003 and previously lived in Georgetown, Texas. Born in Mercer, Pa., to Edmund Scott Little and Ola Belle Owens, he was a graduate of Mercer High School, Fenn College (now Cleveland State University) and Case Institute of Technology. He received his mater’s degree in chemical engineering in 1952. He was a chemical engineer for companies such as General Electric, Westinghouse and General Motors. He was also a city service manager for Clyde, Ohio. He enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in 1942, and served overseas in the Pacific for two years during World War II as a member of the 17th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron. Mr. Little is survived by his sons, Ray Little of San Diego and Doug Little of Elgin, Ill.; daughters, Pat Brandes, and her husband, Dale, of Tracy, and Ann Richardson, and her husband, Charles, of North Branch, Mich.; daughter-in-law, Marie Little of Howell, Mich.; sister, Wilma Faith Schregengost, and her husband, Bill, of Springville, N.Y.; grandchildren, Nathaniel and Andrew Brandes of Tracy, Barbara and Russell Little of Horicon, Wis., and Sarah Little of Howell, Mich. He was preceded in death by his son, David Little; five brothers; and two sisters. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.
