November 6, 1933 - April 8, 2006

Victor J. Looper was reunited with his wife, Nellie P. on Saturday, April 8, 
2006. He was a loving and devoted husband and father for 36 years. "Gramps" 
will be greatly missed.

He leaves behind his four children, Sandy, Chris, Diana and Charles; nine 
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.
