Antoinette (Wedel) La Beau

  Antoinette (Wedel) La Beau, 87, passed away on June 16, 2005 of natural 
causes. She was born on January 15, 1918 in Belleville, IL. She resided in Galt 
for the last 12 years and in the San Gabriel Valley area for 46 years moving 
from Belleville, IL in 1947.
  She was an assembly worker with Square D Company, retiring in 1965. She rode 
the rails across the country during the depression in the mid 30's.
  She married Raymond Rohn (now deceased) in 1939. She later married Mr. La 
Beau in 1968 and divorced him in 1973.
  She was preceded in death by her brother; Richard Wedel of Missouri and her 
daughter; Donna Paradine of Michigan.
  She loved fishing, thrift store shopping, gardening and enjoyed being with 
her family and pet dog, "Rusty."
  She is survived by her daughter; Leilani Smith and husband Dan of Galt, 12 
grandchildren; Gene Hoyle of OR, Rich Hoyle (Luce), Matt Hoyle (Gweneil) of TN, 
William Tiger of CT, Susan Burciago, Mike Mendez (Billie), Robert Paradine 
(Doris) of MI, John Smith (Erica) of Temecula, Kenny Smith of Sacramento, Katie 
Seddon (Gary), Dru Hoyle (Wendy) of Galt and Mark Hoyle (Sherry) of Lodi, 24 
great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
  Memorial service to be held June 16, 2005.
