Minnie Leach-Henry 
Minnie Leach-Henry, 93, of Lodi, died July 19. She was born Minnie Rivers on 
Feb. 12, 1912, in Lufkin, Texas.

Mrs. Leach-Henry graduated from high school and then married her childhood 
friend, John C. Leach. She enjoyed furnishing her home, taking care of her 
yard, cooking and cleaning and being a hostess. She, along with her husband, 
was a tournament-winning bridge player. Following her husband's death, she 
married his friend, Captain George Henry. 

She is survived by her son, Charles E. Leach; brother, C.W. (Wiley) Rivers, of 
Apache Junction, Ariz.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John C. Leach; and second 
husband of 10 years, George Henry in 2000.

Services will be private. Internment will be held at Skylawn Memorial Park in 
San Mateo.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Gierhart-Wells & Donahue Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
