Thomas Leslie Love, Jr. 

May 29, 1917 - March 17, 2005



A giant of a man, and a true Irish imp, Tom Love, died on St. Patrick's Day, 
Thursday, March 17, 2005 at Hospice House in Stockton. Born May 29, 1917 in San 
Francisco, he is remembered for his loving spirit, his bright and ready sense 
of humor, and his many generous gestures of goodwill. If there ever was a "Mr. 
Love", it was Tom, Tommy, T.L., Daddy, Dad, Papa and dear friend, Tom Love.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Trudy; his daughter, Carolyn Brown; his 
son, Dennis; his granddaughter, Lisa Andrade; his grandson, Kevin Brown and 
great-grandchildren, McKenna Brown, Jordan Mathews, Nathan and Ryan Andrade and 
Steven Southmayd.
Funeral services are private.
Donations in his memory may be made to Hospice of San Joaquin, 3888 Pacific 
Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204.
