Ruth Elaine Mason

April 7, 1944 — Feb. 13, 2006

Services will be in Colorado for 10-year Tracy resident Ruth Elaine Mason, 61, 
who died Monday at her home.

Born in Colorado, Ms. Mason retired from the Hayward Unified School District 
after teaching elementary students for 36 years. Ms. Mason enjoyed decorating, 
painting and learning. She traveled all over the world and enjoyed her friends 
and family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ms. Mason is survived by her siblings, Phyllis Copeland, Wilma Reynolds and 
Gloria Thomas, all of Denver, Colo., and Glenn Mason of Oakland. 

Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., is handling arrangements.
