Odis Meadows
Odis Meadows, 92, of Lodi died Sept. 16. He was born March 20, 1913, in Treat, 
Ark., and moved Stockton in the late 1930s.

Mr. Meadows served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was employed for 25 
years by S.M. McGaul, a company that specialized in pipeline construction. He 
lived in Lodi the past four years. 

He is survived by his wife, Noma Meadows of Lodi; a brother, Clyde Meadows of 
Linden; and two sisters, Opal Helton of Arkansas and Jean Griffin of Stockton.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cherokee Memorial Park 
with Pastor Frank Howard of Woodbridge Missionary Baptist Church officiating. 
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rocha's 
Mortuary.
