Esther Marie Mersaroli

Jan. 17, 1916 — Dec. 20, 2005

Services will be today for Esther Marie Mersaroli, 89, who died Dec. 20, 2005 
at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Stockton.

Born in San Jose, Mrs. Mersaroli lived in Stockton. She was a member of the 
Italian Athletic Club and Farm Bureau.

Mrs. Mersaroli is survived by her children, Sandra Borges, and her husband, 
Rich, of Citrus Heights, David Mersaroli, and his wife, Jana, of Stockton and 
Reggie Mersaroli, and his wife, Patti, of Tracy; six grandchildren; and 11 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Mersaroli.

Today’s services will begin at 6 p.m. at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. 
California St., in Stockton. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 
10 a.m. Wednesday at the Cathedral of the Annunciation, on Rose and Van Buren 
streets, in Stockton. Visitation will be observed from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. today 
and 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, both at the chapel. Interment will be in San 
Joaquin Catholic Cemetery in Stockton.

The Reggie Mersaroli family requests that contributions in Mrs. Mersaroli’s 
name be sent to the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, 1520 Ralstan Ave., Belmont 
94002, or contributions may be sent to the National Kidney Foundation, 553 
Pilgrim Drive., Suite C, Foster City 94404.
