Delma Metcalf
Delma I. Metcalf, 92, of Galt, died Nov. 1 at a Sacramento convalescent 
hospital of natural causes. She was born Nov. 23, 1911, in Madera.

Mrs. Metcalf lived in Fremont, Lafayette and Tennessee before settling in Galt 
seven years ago. She was employed in jewelry and furniture retail sales at 
Emporium-Capwell in Walnut Creek for 15 years. She enjoyed making pies and 
cookies. 

She is survived by her daughter, Janet McCormick, of Galt; granddaughter, 
Kellie Senor (Elliott); and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard in 1966; and three brothers.

There will be no services.

Ben Salas Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
