Gerald Madsen 
Gerald F. Madsen, 66, of Lodi, died June 13 in Lodi. He was born Jan. 8, 1939, 
in California.

Mr. Madsen worked as a pharmaceutical representative for 20 years. 

He is survived by his daughters, Valerie Islas, of Woodbridge, and Melanie 
Madsen, of Sacramento; and three granddaughters.

Services will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Aid Society of Northern 
California, 105 S. Washington St., Lodi, CA 95240.

Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
