Virginia McNabb 
March 9, 1920 - April 3, 2005
 
Virginia McNabb of Stockton, California, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2005. 
Virginia was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She was the beloved wife for 66 
years of James McNabb, her high school sweetheart.
The loving mother to her daughters, Patricia Galindo of Stockton, CA and Sheila 
Urteaga of Kelowna, British Columbia and her sons-in-law, Angelo Galindo and 
Enrique Urteaga. She is also survived by her sisters, Marlene Burke of Hayward, 
CA and Dorothy Engberg of Sausalito, CA. She was the loving grandmother of 
Debbie Galindo-Yawn and her husband, Michael, Lisa Mierczynski and her husband, 
Jeff, Michael Galindo and Lisa Rie, James Galindo and his wife, Amanda, Miguel 
Urteaga and his wife, Ruby and Eric Urteaga. She was also the much adored great-
grandmother of Alyse Galindo-Yawn, Evan Mierczynski, Alex Galindo, Colin 
Mierczynski, Lauren Galindo, Rebecca Yawn and Megan Mierczynski. She was 
preceded in death by her mother and father, Alice and Mike McDonnell and 
brother, Jack McDonnell.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, April 7, at 1:00 p.m. at DeYoung 
Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Dr., Stockton.
