Mrs. Rocha was born in San Rafael and lived in Tracy 80 years. She worked as a weigh master for the railroad for 15 years and as a bookkeeper for Flying J Truck Stop at Chrisman Road and 11th Street for about eight years. She was a parishioner of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, a member of IPFES, UPEC, IDES, St. Anthony’s Society and ISTASM and a social member of SES. She enjoyed reading and traveling. Mrs. Rocha is survived by her sister-in-law, Isabel Oliveira Mendonca of Tracy; nieces and nephews, Manuel Oliveira, and his wife, Cathline, of Escalon, David Oliveira, and his wife, Patti, of Salida, Durinda Roe of Michigan and Jennifer Perez, and her husband, Shawn, of Tracy; great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Oliveira, and his wife, Kendra, of Virginia, Heather Oliveira of Monterey, Michelle Pimentel of Fremont, Kristin Oliveira of Tracy, Stacey Oliveira of Portland, Ore., Theo Oliveira of Salida, Bobby and Michael Roe, both of Michigan, Matthew Kleeburg of Modesto, Jason Kleeburg of Stockton, and Isabel Roe and Dorinda Serpa, both of Tracy; great-great-nieces, Emma and Twyla Oliveira, both of Virginia; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Manuel P. Rocha; parents, Jack and Rosa Oliveira; brothers, Matthew Maria Oliveira and Ted Maria Oliveira; and sister-in-law, Mary Joseph. Wednesday’s Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. Visitation will be observed from noon to 7 p.m. today at Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., followed immediately by a vigil. Interment will be in Tracy Cemetery. Contributions in Mrs. Rocha’s name may be sent to St. Bernard’s Building Fund, 163 W. Eaton Ave., Tracy 95376.
