Tyrone A. Smith-Billingsly, 17, was born in Stockton, CA to Eric Billingsly I 
and Tiara Perkins on September 10, 1986. He attended various schools in 
Stockton. He was an avid sportsman. He loved playing football, basketball, 
listening, writing lyrics to rap beat, family gatherings and talking on the 
telephone. 
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Tiara Perkins; father, Eric 
Billingsly I; brother, Eric II; sister, Krista; grandparents, Willie and Helen 
Billingsly, Theresa Valle; stepfather, Levell (Coco) Smith; step grandmother, 
Lestine Lawrence; stepbrothers and sisters, many aunts, uncles, cousins 
and "special cousins", family and friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 29, 2004 at Jesse E. Cooley, Jr. Funeral 
Chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service: Monday, August 30, 2004 at 
11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, 305 South "F" 
Street, Stockton.
