Born December 27, 1938 in Hanford, CA, he moved to Stockton when he was one year old. The family lived in the Linden area until moving to Morada in the early 50's. He graduated from High School in 1958 from Lodi High. He was in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany when the Berlin Wall went up. Clarence worked for 20 years at Stephen's Marine on Fremont Street in Stockton before moving to Las Vegas for 7 years where he worked as a cabinet maker. He returned back to the Stockton area where he went to work at the University of the Pacific. After 13 years, Clarence retired in 2001, from the structure shop. He was a member of the Teamsters Local Union-Fremont St., Stockton and a member of the California Striped Bass Association-Stockton Division. Survived by his loving wife Kathleen Fair of 32 years; daughters, Karen Buchanan and husband Rick of Stockton, Bobbie McKee of Stockton; sons, Dr. Raj Pradhan and wife Kashmira of Chicago, Ill; Nicky Fair of Spokane, Washington; one brother, Elbert Fair and wife Darlene of Stockton; and 11 grandchildren and is uncle to many. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday, July 7, 2004, 10:00 a.m. at Discovery Free Will Baptist Church, 10300 N. Hwy 99, Stockton, CA. 95212. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Dr. Stockton, CA 95219, from 12 p.m. until 7 p.m. and will begin again Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Church. Committal: Cherokee Memorial Park. Reception to follow at Discovery Church.
