John Talbot Rosson

June 25, 1953 - September 2, 2004



John Talbot Rosson, 51, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2004, at home in 
Lodi. He was born in Oakland on June 25, 1953, and spent most of his life in 
Stockton. He graduated from Stagg High School and was the owner of Rosson 
Company Construction. John served as a board member for the Children's Home of 
Stockton, Stockton Shelter for the Homeless, Tiger Aquatics Swim Team and 
Belmont Homeowner's Association. John's passion was snow skiing, and he was a 
member of the Bear Valley Race Team. He loved snow skiing and water skiing with 
daughters, Sara and Suzi.
John was the beloved son of the late Sallie "Sitter" Warnock and the late John 
F. Rosson. He is survived by his stepmother, Charlotte Rosson; daughters, Sara 
Rosson and Suzi Rosson; son Zachary Rosson; son-in-law, Dave Brown; 
grandchildren, Weston, Taylor, Lindsey and Darby Brown; sister, Sallie Shoneff; 
brother-in-law, Joe Shoneff and nephews and niece.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. at 
Woodbridge Feed and Fuel, 18939 North Lower Sacramento Road, Woodbridge.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Home of Stockton, 
430 N. Pilgrim Street, Stockton, CA 95205.
