Cyril C. Poblete 
July 15, 1955 - September 17, 2004



Cyril C. Poblete, 49, of Stockton, passed away at his home on Friday, September 
17, 2004. He was born July 15, 1955 in Manila, Philippines. He came to the U.S. 
settling in San Francisco at the age of 14 where he attended High School before 
entering the U.S. Army in 1973. Mr. Poblete served his country in Germany and 
Korea before leaving the service. He began a career with the Post Office as a 
mail processor in 1991 and worked there until his passing . 
He was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church. His family was his life and he 
was the family protector. He will be missed by all who knew him. 
Survived by wife, Raquel Poblete of Stockton; 2 sons, Augusto of Tacoma, WA, 
Cyan of Stockton; 2 daughters, Sampaguita Poblete of South San Francisco, CA, 
Camille Poblete of Stockton; siblings, Ian and Vivian Poblete and Cynthia Chan 
all of the Philippine Islands; Anthony, Lyle and Tyron Poblete and Lydia Pugay 
all of the Bay Area. Jenina Castle-Poblete of San Mateo, CA; and Sylvia Bugarin 
of Stockton; mother, Lourdes Poblete of South San Francisco; mother-in-law, 
Nenita Lorzano of Stockton. Preceded in death by his father, Augusto Poblete, 
brother, Byron Poblete and sister, Sonya Poblete. 
Private Funeral Services will be held at Cherokee Memorial Park and Funeral 
Home. There will be no visitation at his request. Inurnment will be private at 
Cherokee Memorial Park.
