He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. A member of the Karl Ross Post #16 of the American Legion. Frankie was best known as a friendly bartender who worked at various establishments around the Stockton area. Survived by his mother Lilly Cook of Stockton; brother, Billy Joe Humphrey of Manteca and sister Faye Humphrey of Stockton. A Graveside Service will be held at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery on Friday, September 24, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. Visitation: Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Mortuary.
