Royette A. Gibbons 
Jan. 27, 1927 - Sept. 18, 2004 

Royette A. Gibbons, 83, of Marysville, California passed away in Stockton, CA 
on Saturday, September 18, 2004 in a local hospital. Royette was born in 
Marysvillle, CA to Roy and Katie Myers who preceded her in death. She attended 
schools in Marysville and was a member of Bethal A.M.E. Church, Martha Chapter, 
O.E.S. (Prience Hall Rite of Adoption), and the Marrymakers Club. Royette was 
preceded in death by her husband Leroy Gibbons; two sons, Timothy Lee and 
Erving Ray Hart also a brother, Maurice Myers and a sister, Rosetta Myers. She 
will be deeply missed by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Douglas R. Hart 
(Lucy), Stockton, CA., Fred A. Hart (Darlene), Stockton, CA; two daughters, 
Verna K. Hart of San Francisco, CA and Rena L. Hart of Vancouver, Canada. She 
is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great 
grandchildren and numerous relatives, in-laws, and friends. A Celebration of 
Life will be held at Lipp and Sullivan Memorial Chapel, 629 D. Street, 
Marysville, CA on Saturday, September 25, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Interment: Sierra 
View Cemetery, 4900 Olive Ave., Marysville, CA.
