Mrs. Crusos was born in Greyeagle, California on May 11, 1946 to Raymond and Helen McElvain. She moved to the Lodi area 35 years ago, living in Lodi for 29 years. She had been employed at Farmers & Merchants Bank as a proof operator for 12 years, retiring in 1999. She enjoyed fishing, road trips, dancing, music and the theater, but most importantly, she loved playing with her grandchildren. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Nicole Crusos Burge of Stockton; grandchildren, Kaila Burge, Bobby Burge, Angelina Burge; step-grandchildren, Nicholas Foster, Jonica Foster, Heather Foster, Jera Crusos; sister, Marilyn Olsen of Portola; brother, Buck McElvain of Reno and nephew, Larry McElvain, Jr. of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Doug Joy, second husband, Nick Crusos and brother, Larry McElvain. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Lodi Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Tony Berry officiating. Committal will be private. Visitation will begin on Monday at 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. continuing on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society of San Joaquin, 2277 Watt Ave., Sacramento, CA 95825 or Hospice of San Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204-1953.
