Jeffrey Brian Florek 
Sept. 5, 1971 - Sept. 21, 2004



Jeffrey Brian Florek, 33, a Sacramento resident, passed away while he slept on 
Tuesday, September 21, 2004. He was born September 5, 1971, in Los Angeles. He 
was preceded in death by parents, Kay Davies Florek and John Benjamin Florek. 
Survived by brother, John William Florek of Sacramento. Jeffrey lived most of 
his life in Calaveras County and Stockton, and was a graduate of Bret Harte 
High School (1990) and Heald College. An avid NASCAR and Philadelphia Eagles 
fan, Jeffrey spent most of life struggling with epilepsy, which ultimately led 
to his demise. Jeffrey worked a variety of odd jobs during his short life, most 
recently at Carl's Jr. in Elk Grove. He enjoyed latch hook, coin collecting and 
fishing. Jeffrey profoundly affected the lives of those who knew him, and he 
will be greatly missed. 
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 6, 2004, at 
S.T.E.P. Inc., 5945 Palm Drive in Carmichael.
