Dolores Parks 
April 2, 1942 - July 3, 2004



Mrs. Dolores Parks of Rancho Cordova and former resident of Lodi passed away 
Saturday July 3, 2004 in a Sacramento hospital at the age of 62. Mrs. Parks was 
born April 2, 1942 in San Jose, California to Clifford and Marie Thomas and 
raised in Gilroy. Mrs. Parks was a resident of Rancho Cordova for the past 17 
years. Mrs. Parks worked as a claims processor for Blue Cross Insurance Co. for 
25 years before retiring in 2002. She enjoyed traveling, walks on the beach and 
spending time with her family and friends. She will be best remembered as a 
loving wife, mother and nana, and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bill Parks of Rancho Cordova; 3 
sons, Scott Lopez of Lodi, Tom Brewer of Eugene,
Oregon, Joseph Saccomanno of Los Angeles; 1 daughter, Julie Ziemer of Lodi; 1 
sister, Jannis Roldness of Lodi and 7 grand-children.
A memorial service will be held Saturday July 10, 2004, 1:00 p.m. at the Lodi 
Funeral Home.
