Jack W. Heinze 
Jan. 9, 1948 - Sept. 29, 2004



Jack Wilson Heinze, 56, of Stockton passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 
2004, in a Lodi hospital. Born on January 9, 1948, in Stockton, CA, he was a 
landscaper for 30 years. Known by many as a hard working musician and dedicated 
father.
Jack is survived by his mother, Barbara Heinze-Monahan of Stockton, father of 
Ryan Clark of Sutter Creek, Tristan Heinze of Sacramento and Jerika Heinze of 
Stockton. Grandfather of Summer Clark, brother of Elaine Darrow of Fair Oaks, 
CA. 
Friends are invited to attend services on Tuesday, October 12, 2004, at 3:00 
p.m. in the Evergreen Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, Hwy 99 at Harney Lane, 
Lodi. Committal at Cherokee Memorial Park.
