William "Bill" Goodloe Sr. 
June 10, 1935 - October 5, 2004



William Goodloe Sr., 69, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2004. Born June 10, 
1935, in Bakersfield, CA. He came to Stockton at about the age of 10. He 
attended Fairoaks Elementary, Franklin High School, where he played football 
for the Franklin High yellow jackets. He also attended Stockton Jr. College. He 
moved to Los Angeles in 1959, became an electronic engineer for Xerox Corps for 
approximately 18 years. He loved music and camping. 
He leaves behind his wife, Mary; three sons, Ray Goodloe of Sacramento, Dino 
Goodloe of Stockton and Bill Goodloe Jr. of Los Angeles; a daughter, Debra of 
Sacramento; three brothers, James and Arthur Frazier of Stockton and Freddie 
Frazier of Los Angeles; four sisters, Verdel Brown and Irma Peterson of 
Stockton, Betty Wright of Modesto and Minnie Evans of Los Angeles; also 
survived by numerous nieces, nephews, Godchildren and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. 
at Greater White Rose Church, 2340 South Pilgrim St., Stockton, CA 95206.
