Susan Penelope Mierkey 
June 28, 1941 - October 7, 2004



Susan Penelope Mierkey, 63, was born in Stockton, CA. June 28, 1941, and passed 
away October 7, 2004 at home in Grass Valley, CA.
She was the beloved wife of Charles Mierkey of Grass Valley, daughter of 
Rosemarie Braghetta of Grass Valley and the late Lloyd Braghetta. She was the 
devoted mother of Charles Mierkey of Kingman, AZ, Ann Marie Mierkey of Grass 
Valley and the late Patricia Mierkey, loving grandmother of Jennifer Hayes, 
dear sister of Bonnie Solina of Lodi. Also survived by numerous nieces and 
nephews. 
Family and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday, 
October 13, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California, 
Stockton, CA. Visitation: Tuesday, October 12, at Noon to 7:00 p.m. and 
Wednesday, October 13, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at DeYoung Memorial Chapel. 
Committal: San Joaquin Cemetery.
Family suggests memorial contributions in her memory be made to the American 
Cancer Society, 207 E. Alpine Ave., Stockton, CA 95204, or to any Hospice of 
your choice.
