She was born December 23, 1942, in Fresno to Russel and Shirley Bibler and moved to Stockton in 1959, where she graduated from Stagg High School. She attended Stockton College and graduated from UOP in 1964. She received a Master's Degree in Education from University of Northern Arizona in 1974. An accomplished musician, Terry directed the choir and played the organ for Rancho Cordova United Methodist Church for many years. She taught public school for 25 years in California before moving to Oregon, where she became a music specialist in Redmond, a post she held for 14 years. She loved children and was proud of the fact that she had taught for 39 years. Survivors include her husband, Anthony George, of Prineville; mother, Shirley Bibler of Stockton; brother, Jim Bibler, of Arnold, CA; sister, Janet Wilson of Prineville. Her father preceded her in death. A Graveside Service was held September 22, 2004, in Prineville, followed by a Memorial Service at the First United Methodist Church in Bend, OR on September 27, 2004.
