Acampo
Louise Sequeira 
July 3, 1931 - October 11, 2004



  Louise Sequeira, 73, of Acampo, passed away Monday evening, October 11, 2004, 
due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Lockeford. She was born 
July 3, 1931 in San Francisco and has lived in Acampo for the past 25 years, 
having moved here from the Bay Area. Mrs. Sequeira was employed as a secretary 
for Castle & Cook before working for State Saving, which became American 
Savings, and eventually for the Bank of Stockton for 25 years, where she was 
still employed at the time of her death. She was a member of St. Joachim's 
Catholic Church, Elks Lodge Auxiliary, Native Dau-ghters, The Red Hat Society 
and enjoyed Bible study and travel.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel A. "Chick" Sequeira in 2001. 
Survived by 1 son, Wayne Hoffman and wife, Karen of Washington; 2 daughters, 
Lynn Reuter and husband, Curt of Washington and Doreen Roe and husband, Doug of 
Lodi; 3 stepdaughters, Gloria Silveira of Lodi, Karen Durham, and Sandee 
Mulkey, both of Washington; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 1 
sister, Mary Mazzei and husband, Walter of San Francisco.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, October 15, 2004 at 10:00 
a.m. in St. Joachim's Catholic Church, Lockeford with Father Michael Kelley and 
Deacon Bill Warren officiating. Committal will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park 
Cemetery. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be said Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in 
the chapel of Gierhart-Wells & Donahue Funeral Home. Visitation will be 
Thursday, 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
