Gilbert John Rodriguez, Jr., 66, was born May 10, 1938 in French Camp, CA and 
passed away in 
French Camp on July 7, 2004. Mr. Rodriguez was a lifelong area resident and was 
a carpenter for many years. He was the beloved husband of Hortencia Rodriguez 
of Stockton. Son of the late Gilbert Rodriguez, Sr. and Josephine Hernandez. 
Stepson of Angelo Hernandez of Stockton. Devoted father of Sylvia Constancio, 
Veronica Rodriguez, Gilbert Rodriguez III, Mark Rodriguez, all of Stockton, 
Guadalupe Rodriguez of 
Seattle, WA, and Renee Perez and Gabriel Rodriguez both of Stockton. Loving 
grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 8. Loving brother of Frank 
Rodriguez, Ernest Rodriguez, Mary Vargas, Richard Rodriguez, Dolores Chiribel 
all of Stockton and the late Salvador 
Rodriguez, Steven Rodriguez, 
Edward Rodriguez and Alice Ambriz.
A Vigil Service will be held at the DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California 
St., Stockton, CA, Monday, July 12, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian 
Burial 
will be celebrated at St. George's Catholic Church, Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at 
9:30 a.m. Visitation 
will be held at DeYoung, on Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, 8:00 a.m. 
to 5:00 p.m. and Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Committal: San Joaquin Catholic 
Cemetery.
