Beverly Ann Chiapale, 71, pass-
ed away on Monday, June 28, 2004. She was born on December 16, 1932 in 
Sebastapol, CA. 
Beverly was the loving mother of Kathy Bandy of Valley Springs and Debbie Cook 
of Stockton. Cherished grandmother of 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited 
to attend a Memorial Service at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St., 
Stockton on 
Sunday, July 18, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. No visitation. Private committal.
