Born April 26, 1919 in Wanger- ooge, Germany, he lived in the Stockton area for 53 years. Sig was owner of M & L Meat Market and Tietjen's Market at the Alder Market over a 40 year period. He was a member of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Stockton Symphony Association, SIRS #46, Haggin Museum, PALS of Assistance League and the Marina Tennis Club. Sig is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dorothy M. Levy of Stockton. Father of Karen Levy of Santa Clara. Friends are invited to attend Memorial Services on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, March Lane & Claremont Sts., Stockton.
