Charles "Chuck" Hendrix died Thursday, July 15, 2004 in Stockton, California at 
the age of 67 years. He was born September 
19, 1936 in Orange, California. 
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. at Daneri 
Mortuary Chapel in Jackson. Inurnment will be in the Garden of Tranquility at 
Sunset View Cemetery in Jackson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Amador Diabetes Association, c/o Joan 
Fox, P.O. Box 433, Jackson, CA 95642 or Lupus Foundation of America, 2775 
Cottage Way, Suite 11, Sacramento, CA 95825. Condolences may be offered to the
