Connie Lee Bellotti
April 27, 1932 - July 10, 2004

Connie Lee Bellotti, age 72 of Lodi, CA, passed away July 10, 2004 in Stockton, 
CA. She was born on April 27, 1932, in Utah. 
A graduate of Hayward High School in 1951 and a native of Hayward and Fremont, 
CA, she was also an active member of the San Joaquin County Stroke Program for 
15 years. 
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Richard Bellotti; one 
daughter, Karen Banks of Lodi, CA; two sisters, Patty Archuleta of Tehachapi, 
CA and Renne Henson of Lodi, CA; three grandchildren, Katie O'Connor of 
Riverside, CA, Beth Lambert of Lodi, CA and Will Williamson of McMinnville, OR; 
and two great-grandchildren, Heaven and Gage Lambert of Lodi, CA. She was 
preceded in death by one son, Mark Bellotti and one brother, Ron Sandburg. 
Funeral Services have already been held, July 23, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at New 
Hope Family Fellowship in Dublin, CA.

Chapel of the Chimes regrets the earlier omission of this obituary and
