Ronna B. Morris 
July 27, 1945 - June 28, 2004



Ronna Berkman Morris, 58, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2004 in San 
Francisco, CA. Born July 27, 1945 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ronna was the 
beloved wife of James M. Morris for 35 years; loving mother of Lilah Morris, 
M.D. and Ariel Morris; devoted daughter of Dr. Harold and Geri Berkman of 
Stockton; loving sister of Randy Berkman 
of San Diego and a devoted friend to many. She died unexpectedly of cancer on 
June 28, 2004. Ronna graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and 
earned her law degree from Santa Clara University of Law. She was past-
President of the Children's Home Auxiliary of Stockton and of the Sisterhood of 
Temple Israel, a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Israel, a Trustee 
of the Temple Israel Foundation Fund and a member of the boards of many 
charitable instutions. Ronna's life was one of compassion, love and sharing.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Temple 
Israel, 5105 N. 
El Dorado St., Stockton, CA. DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St. is 
in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Temple Israel Cemetery, corner of 
Union & Acacia St., Stockton. 
Ronna's family requests that donations be made to the Ronna Berkman Morris 
Emancipation Fund for the Children's Home 
of Stockton, P.O. Box 201068, Stockton, CA 95201; or the Juvenile Diabetes 
Research Foundation, 1329 Howe Ave., Suite #210, Sacramento, CA 95825; and The 
Foundation Fund of Temple Israel, 5105 North El Dorado St., Stockton, CA 95207.
