Katherine (Cookie) Hinojos 
July 7, 1941 - August 1, 2004



Katherine, 63, a.k.a. Kathy, Cookie and Grandma Kay was called to Heaven Sunday 
morning, August 1, 2004. Kay worked as a Label Processer for Zacky Farms for 
over 7 years.
Kay is survived by sons, Phillip and wife Denise Hinojos, Victor and wife Gina 
Hinojos, and daughter Alicia Hinojos. Sister of Victor, Louie, Frank, and 
Anthony. Grandmother of Phillip III, Victor Jr., Angelo, Celeste, Catarina, 
Vito, Domini-
que. She was loved by her family of sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and 
nephews, Godchildren and friends. She was a special woman that will truly be 
missed by all that loved her. 
A Rosary will be held Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at DeYoung Memorial 
Chapel, 601 N. California St. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 6, 2004 
at 9:30 a.m. at St. Gertrudes Catholic Church, 1663 E. Main Street, Stockton, 
CA. Visitation: Thursday, August 5, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the 
Mortuary. Committal: San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
