John Louis Stark 
September 4, 1938 - August 3, 2004



John Louis Stark, 65, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2004. He was born 
September 4, 1938 in Stockton, CA. He belonged to the San Joaquin Rangers, the 
San Joaquin Farm Bureau and the Stark Reclamation District. He was also a 
member and on the Board of Directors of the S.J. County Hay Growers for many 
years. John also served in the U.S. Navy during the Formosa Crisis.
John is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jackie Stark. He is the 
devoted father to John L. Stark, Jr. of Stockton and Gary H. Stark of Linden. 
Beloved grandfather to Amanda, Christopher and Tyler Stark. Also survived by 
dear sister, Carla O'Niel of Stockton and sister-in-law, Zondra Alves of Tracy. 
John is the adored uncle of Jenel and Charles Nelson, Rick, Paul and Aaron 
Massella and George Alves.
Private services and committal were held. DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. 
California St., Stockton, CA, in care of the
arrangements.
Donations in John's memory may be made to any charity of the donor's choice.
