Shiri P. M. Noah, 23, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2004 in Portland, 
Oregon. She was born on October 6, 1980 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a 
resident of Stockton for 17 years. 
Beloved mother of 4 children, Kevin, Juliana, Tabetha and Emily. Daughter of 
Virginia Omikahwey Noah; sister of Yachne Noah and brother, Moses Mendoza; 
auntie of 4 nephews and 3 nieces. Shiri was the niece of the members of the 
Black-Wolf Society of Gourd Clan. For more
