John William Yumoto Jr., 18 days, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2004 at 
U.C.S.F. He was born July 20, 2004 at U.C.S.F. Medical Center. 
Beloved son of Rebecca Eileen Yumoto and John William Yumoto, Sr. Loving 
brother of Grace Kathleen Yumoto. Loving grandson of James and Judy Campbell 
and Ted and Cindy Yumoto. Loving nephew of Kimberly and Michael Spore, Melissa 
Campbell and Matthew Yumoto. Loving great-grand-son of Vickie Yumoto, Rebecca 
Campbell, and Cappy Fale. Loving cousin of Sydnie Spore and loving Godson of 
Bill and Paula Hicks. Our Little Saint John will be loved and remembered 
forever.
Visitation: August 11, 2004, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. at the Mortuary. 
Private Funeral Services held under the direction of DeYoung Memorial Chapel. 
Committal: San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
