Dolores Elias Arteago 
March 15, 1934 - August 16, 2004



Dolores Elias Arteago, 70, of Stockton passed away at a local hospital on 
Monday, August 16, 2004. She was born on March 15, 1934 in French Camp and has 
lived in Stockton all of her life. Mrs. Arteago was a job specialist for the 
State of California Department of Employment for 20 years.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Nat Arteago of Stockton; children, 
Monica Arteago, Ricardo Arteago, Sr. and David Arteago, Sr. all of Stockton; 
grandchildren, Nat Martinez, Ricardo Arteago, Jr., Shannon Rodriguez, Denise 
Martinez, Nicolas Arteago, Michole Martinez, Selena Alvarado, David Arteago, 
Jr., Alyssa Arteago and Damien Arteago; great grandchildren, Destiny, Monica, 
Angelina and Julian; siblings, Danny Elias, Peter Elias, Manuel Elias, Jess 
Covarruvias, Jr. all of Stockton, Joseph Elias of Modesto, Gilbert Lozano of 
San Diego, Andrew Lozano of Elk Grove, Mary Meraz, Sarah Holguin, Connie 
Navarro all of Stockton, Ginger Castro of Capitola and Sandra Carbajal of San 
Jose. 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 20, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. 
at St. Luke Catholic Church, 3847 N. Sutter St. A reci-tation of the Rosary 
will be on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll 
Mortuary, 809 N. California St. 
Visitation: Wednesday, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. at 
the Mortuary. Committal at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements under 
the care of Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary.
