Warren Baldwin 
January 25, 1925 - August 15, 2004



Warren Baldwin, of Pine Grove, CA, 79, passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2004 
in a Jackson, CA, convalescent hospital. He was born in Sacramento, CA, on 
January 25, 1925, and moved to Stockton, where he graduated from Stockton High 
School. He served in the U.S. Navy 1942 - 1946 as a Yoeman Second Class. He 
began his career in the grocery business in Stockton, and in 1970 he moved to 
Jackson where he owned and operated a grocery store. He later moved to Pine 
Grove, continuing in the grocery business, then later returned to Jackson, 
before retiring. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating. 
He is survived by three daughters, Suzette Baldwin, Linda Lima, and Joanne 
Scott all of Stockton; three grandchildren, Kimberly Missimer, Melissa Scott, 
and Kristen Punta; 2 sisters, Merle Baldwin of Stockton, and Etha Lepley of 
Oakdale. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Baldwin on February 8, 
2002. 
A Graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2004, at 9:30 
a.m., at Cherokee Memorial Park, Hwy 99 & Harney Lane, Lodi. Visitation will be 
held on Wednesday, August 18, from 12 to 8 p.m. at Cherokee Memorial Funeral 
Home, 831 Industrial Way at Beckman Road, Lodi. Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home 
in charge of arrangements.
