Jack J. Michniuk, 46, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2004, in Stockton. Jack 
was born August 29, 1957, in Chicago, IL. Jack was a self-employed landscaper 
and gardener. He enjoyed fishing and camping. 
He is survived by his wife, Carol Michniuk, of Stockton; daughter Suzie 
Michniuk, of Sacramento; sons, Jack Michniuk and wife Misti, and Johnny 
Michniuk; step-daughter, Amber Bushnell, all of Stockton. Parents: Serge and 
Bernice Michniuk, of Redding; mother-in-law, Violetta Collins, of Stockton; 
aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Jim Johnson of Redding; brothers: Don Michnuik and 
wife Corley, of Pleasanton, Dennis Michniuk and wife Patricia, of Stockton, 
brothers-in-law, Steve Collins and wife Connie, of Jackson, Jeff Collins and 
wife Suzanne, of Pittsburg; grandson, Jakob Michniuk and numerous nieces and 
nephews.
No services will be held. 
Committal will be private.
Memorials may be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
