Leon Travis Everett, 68, of Stockton, went to be with the Lord on 
Friday, June 25, 2004 in Stockton, CA. He was born on February 17, 1936 in 
Marshall, Texas to William and Zena (Hollaway) Everett. Leon was raised in 
Marshall, Texas where he was a member of St. John Baptist Church. He moved 
to California in 1971 and worked 
in General Labor for 20 years. Leon enjoyed fishing, hunting and fixing up 
cars. He will be dearly missed. 
Beloved father of Suzette Tarvin and Edna Waits of Ft. Worth, Texas. Loving 
brother of Ozark

a visitation on Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 
Industrial Way, Lodi, CA from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and to 
a Homegoing Celebration in the Evergreen Chapel of Cherokee 
Memorial Park, Hwy 99 & Harney Lane, Lodi, CA on Wednesday, 
July 7, 2004 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.
