The Tracy Press
Allan R. Powers, 89, of Tracy, died Tuesday at Kaiser Permanente in Fremont. 
Graveside services will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Tracy Cemetery. Visitation 
will be observed from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. 

Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.
